THIS CONTRACT IS TO BENEFIT AND PROTECT BOTH THE BREEDER AND THE BUYER!
THIS GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID IF ABOVE STATED PUPPY IS SOLD TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE BELOW SIGNED
BUYER.
THIS PUPPY HAS BEEN TO THE VET AND HAS RECEIVED A CHECK-UP AND A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH! The breeder would
never knowingly sell a sick puppy. The buyer recognizes this and realizes that the breeder could not have had any knowledge
to the contrary at the time of purchase.
* Upon receipt of above stated puppy, the buyer has 48 hours to take said puppy to a licensed Vet of their choosing
for a check-up at buyers expense.
* If buyer refuses to do this then all obligations of the breeder are null and void with the excpetion of the genetic
defects as stated below.
* If sais puppy is taken to a licensed Vet within the 48 hours of receipt, and found to have a SERIOUS LIFE THREATENING
DISEASE (not due to ANY fault of the buyer), then the buyer must notify the breeder IMMEDIATELY BY PHONE as
to the diagnosis.
* A signed affidavit by the licensed Vet preforming the check-up must also be provided to the breeder as to the diagnosis
before any action will be taken. This affidavit must include the name, address, and phone number of said Vet.
Breeder will call and confrim the diagnosis with said Vet and consult private Vet before action will be taken.
* Should death occur for unknown reason then an autopsy must be preformed by a licensed Vet. A tissue histology
may alos be required. A signed affidavit from the Vet, with the same conditons as stated above will also be required.
All autopsy and histology charges are the responsiblity of the buyer.
* The following are NOT covered by this guarantee;
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARASITES, KENNEL COUGH, DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, PARAINFLUENZA, TONSILITIS, AND PARVO if diagnosed
AFTER the normal incubation period of 10 days after the date of purchase.
The above disease are covered in your puppy's vaccinations it has received.
* All medications and vaccines stated on your puppies medical records have been administered by the breeder with the
exception of a rabies vaccine (if applicable). the breeders are NOT responsible should an overload occur and illnes
results due to the Vet doubting our records.
We also recommend not taking your puppy anywhere but your home until it has received its full series of 3-4 shots.
Until this time your puppy may be suceptable to disease or illness.
GENETIC DEFECTS
* The above stated puppy is covered for the first 12 months of life against genetic defects such as but limited to; PRA
(Progressive Retinal Atrophy), Epilepsy, PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosis), SA (Sabaceous Adentitis), and Liver Shunt.
* This guarantee DOES NOT INCLUDE patellar luxation which can be caused by improper diet, excessive weight, or
injury.
REPLACEMENT
* NO cash refunds will be made!
* If above stated puppy is to be replaced by the breeder, it will be for a puppy of equal value. If the buyer chooses
a more valuable puppy, then the buyer will pay the difference.
* Buyer may opt to keep the above stated puppy instead of returning it to the breeder if they choose and a replacement
(if demed so) will still be made.
* If above stated puppy is returned ALL AKC papers must also be returned.
* All expenses for returning the puppy and the papers are the responsibility of the buyer.
* There will be NO returns due to imcompatability, or landlord disputes. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!
* Also once a refund and or payments have been placed on a puppy and the buyer should change their mind as to the purchase
of the puppy NO refuds will be made!
*Though we try our best to estimate size, color, hair type, and conformation, we DO NOT guarantee these things.
* If the above stated puppy is purchased for breeding purposes, the breeder is NOT responsible for infertility for ANY
reason.
* If the above stated puppy was purchased for show, the breeder is NOT responsible if the pupy is unfinishable for ANY
reason.
* In signing this guarantee the buyer recognizes their responsibility to maintain the required vaccinations as they are
due.
* The buyer also agrees to keep the puppy on a correct diet. This means quality puppy food, NOT human food.
THE BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS INCURRED BY THE BUYER AT ANY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
